Information you choose to share

Staywright collects the name, contact details, property location and other information you submit when you enquire or request an assessment. We use it to respond, understand the property and prepare relevant service information or a proposal.

Providing information is voluntary. The form marks the details needed to accept an enquiry; without a name, email address and property information, we may not be able to respond or prepare an assessment. Please avoid including sensitive financial documents, access codes or guest information in the form.

Who handles your enquiry

Your submission is stored in the website’s private enquiry inbox for Staywright. This website uses ChatGPT Sites hosting, with Cloudflare infrastructure and R2 storage. These service providers process information needed to operate and secure the service, and processing may take place outside New Zealand.

We use Google Apps Script to send enquiry notifications to our business email inbox, hosted with Apple iCloud Mail. These notifications include the information you submit so Staywright can respond. Google and Apple process that information, and processing may take place outside New Zealand.

Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to the authorised Staywright account. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Website operation

The website and hosting providers process technical request information to serve pages, secure the site and provide platform analytics. The enquiry handler uses a hash derived from the network address to help limit abusive submissions; it does not include the raw address in the enquiry record.

The hosting platform may use its own operational or sign-in cookies. Fonts and page imagery are served with the website.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic sources, pages visited and actions such as successful enquiries and contact-link clicks. With your separate permission for advertising measurement, Google Ads measures successful enquiries associated with advertising. Google may use cookies and process device, browser, referral and advertising-click information outside New Zealand. We do not enable personalised advertising or enhanced conversions in this website integration.

We do not send the names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses or messages entered in our forms to Google Analytics or Google Ads. Advertising conversion events include a random enquiry reference to reduce duplicate counting. Analytics and advertising choices do not affect your ability to enquire.

Optional Google tags load only after you accept the relevant category. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to six months. You can accept, reject or change it using Cookie settings. Withdrawing permission stops future optional measurement and removes measurement cookies accessible to this site; it does not erase information already received by Google. You can also clear cookies through your browser. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing.

Your information and your choices

You can contact Staywright to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or discuss deletion when it is no longer needed for your enquiry or an applicable business requirement.
